स्टीव्ह जॉब्स हा एक अमेरिकन व्यवसायिक होता आणि तो ॲपल ह्या अमेरिकन कंपनीचा सहसंस्थापक व मुख्याधिकारी होता. जॉब्स हा काही काळ पिक्सार अॅनिमेशन स्टुडिओज‎चा मुख्य व्यवस्थापक होता आणि नंतर तो वॉल्ट डिस्ने कंपनीचा संचालक सदस्य होता. इ.स. १९७० मध्ये जॉब्स याने स्टीव्ह वॉझनियाक, माइक मारक्कुला आणि इतर (ॲपल कंपनीचे सर्व सदस्य) यांच्या समवेत व्यक्तिगत संगणक तयार केला. ॲपल-२ या मलिकेअंतर्गत मॅकिंटॉश नावाची प्रचालन यंत्रणा तयार केली. इ.स. १९८५ मध्ये कंपनीच्या सदस्यांसमावेत झालेल्या वादामुळे त्याने राजीनामा दिला आणि नेक्स्ट या नावाने व्यवहारात आणि उच्च शिक्षणात उपयोगी होईल अशी संगणकीय यंत्रणा (संगणकाचा वापर) किंवा प्रणाली तयार करणारी कंपनी स्थापन केली. इ.स. १९९७ साली 'नेक्स्ट'चे 'ॲपल'मध्ये विलीनीकरण झाले, त्याला पुन्हा 'ॲपल'मध्ये म्हणून स्थान मिळाले. यावेळी त्याच्यावर मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी पदाची जबाबदारी सोपवण्यात आली.

जॉब्स याला व्यवहारिक जगाच्या इतिहासात एक सणकी, कलंदर, सिलिकॉन व्हॅलीचे ठेकेदार म्हणून ओळखले जाते. त्याला सौंदर्यपूर्ण वस्तू बनवण्याची व वापरण्याची आवड असून याच कामासाठी त्याने वाहून घेतले आहे. त्याने प्रकृतिअस्वास्थ्य व अन्य वैयक्तिक कारणांसाठी २९ जून, इ.स. २००९ रोजी मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारीपदाचा राजीनामा दिला. आयफोन, 'आयपॉड', 'आयपॅड' हे लोकप्रिय, बहूपयोगी उत्पादने त्याच्यामुळेच बाजारात आले

स्टीव जॉब्सला उपभोक्ता संगणकक्षेत्रातील नवीनतेचा व अविष्कारचा जनक म्हणून संबोधले जाते. मृत्यू स्टिव जॉब्सचा कर्क रोगामुळे मृत्यू झाला.

How to submit application for online schools admissions Mumbai 2016 under RTE act.

Are you frustrated with your school search for your child admissions? If so, you are not alone. There is nothing more frustrating than looking for opportunities when none seem to exist. But don’t worry, i am going to explain you such opportunities which help you to get proper EDUCATION for your child.

I would like to inform you all that your child can get an admission to a school in Maharashtra under the  

RTE 25% quota. In this article I am going to explain you details of the government notification for your child’s school admission in Mumbai & other cities of Maharashtra, under Right  to Education (RTE) act. Pay detail attention to the above information which explains about required documents under this quota & the online application procedure.

Right to education (RTE) says, all unaided non-minority schools have to admit students from economically weaker sections under a 25% quota at their entry level. Free education up to 8th class is mandatory for this students.

Above details are applicable for child’s school admission in mumbai as well as in other Districts and cities of Maharashtra.

Who can apply for schools admissions under RTE quota:-

1. Children’s from Disadvantaged Groups

2. Those who are in this group include:

•     Scheduled castes
•     Scheduled tribes

3. Those suffering from 40% or more disability

4. Children from Economically Weaker Sections

5. Those who are in this group include:

•     Vimukta Jati Nomadic Tribes (VJNT)
•     Other Backward Classes (OBC)
•     Special Backward Class (SBC)

6. Those from families whose annual income is less than Rs. 1 lakh

 

What are the documents required for RTE Quota Admissions :-

A. The required documents for first section who are from Disadvantaged Groups are:-
1. Birth certificate

2. Proof of residence: This could be

•     UID Aadhar Card;
•     Passport;
•     Election Photo Identity Card;
•     Electricity bill;
•     Telephone bill;
•     Water bill;
•     A house tax receipt;
•     A driving license issued by the competent authority in the name of the parents/guardians.

2. The caste certificate

•     It should be issued by concerned Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue) or Deputy Collector, in the name of child or parent.
•     For disabled children (CWSN), a disability certificate issued by Civil Surgeon/Superintendent of Government notified hospitals having disability of more than 40%.

3. Recent Passport size color photograph of the child.

B. The documents required for those from applying from economically weaker sections are:

1. Birth certificate.

2. Proof of residence (refer above for which type).

3. Income certificate issued by the Revenue officer not below the rank of Tahsildar.

4. Recent passport size color photograph of the child.
Note: Documents must be verified from the nearest help center. 30 help centers have been set up in Mumbai as well as in other Districts of Maharashtra [see list of Mumbai centers at the end of this article].

1. Go to: https://rte25admission.maharashtra.gov.in/adm_portal/users/login

2. Click on “New Registration ” & create your application ID.
3. Now sign in your account by entering your application number to have it registered on the system. The application number & password will be communicated to you on your registered mobile contact number.

4. Fill in details of your child as well as the details of the parents.

5. Locate and list the school to which you wish to get admission, the school being within 1km up to maximum 3km distance from your place of residence.

6. Select the required standard (Class).

7. Upload all the Required documents (check list of documents in this article above).

8. Confirm the application made by you.

9. Now you must take the printed application along with the required documents to the Help Desk provided.

10. Final Admission process

The admission is based on a lottery system for school which have less vacancy. Those having more vacancies and fewer applications will allot the seats to all applicants. They cannot charge any fee, not for any application form nor for admissions.

Those schools using the lottery system will have the lottery drawn & generated by the district administration i.e. Education officer, Primary for the district.

A selection list will be published online on the existing system, this list being accessible under application login for the child’s parents.

Take a print out of the Admit card and approach the school, which will give admission to the child after completing any further necessary requirements.

‘राईट टू सर्व्हिस अॅक्ट’मध्ये हलगर्जीपणा करणाऱ्या अधिकाऱ्यांना दंड लावण्याची तरतूद राज्य शासनानं केलीय. निर्धारित वेळत तुम्हाला सेवा मिळाली नाही तर जबाबदार अधिकाऱ्याला 500 ते 5000 रुपयांपर्यंत दंड बसेल.
सध्या सेवा हमी कायद्यात केवळ 43 सेवांचा समावेश असला तरी येत्या वर्षी मार्चपर्यंत या सेवांचा आकडा 135 वर जाण्याची शक्यता आहे. म्हणूनच सगळ्यांनी या सेवेचा जास्तीत जास्त योग्य पद्धतीने उपयोग करून घ्यावा.

“शिक्षण हेच वाघीणीच दुध आहे”, या उक्तीप्रमाणे महाराष्ट्र शासनातर्फे सर्व अनुसूचित जाती, अनुसूचित जमाती, ४०% अपंगत्व  व आर्थिक दृष्ट्या दुर्बल घटकातील विद्यार्थांना शिक्षणाचा अधिकार या कायद्या द्वारे २५% आरक्षण देण्यात आलेले आहे. हे शिक्षण संपूर्णपणे मोफत असून त्यांचे प्रवेश online करण्यात आले आहे, याची नोंद सर्व पालकांनी लवकरात लवकर करून घ्यावी व त्यानुसार नजीकच्या अधिकृत केंद्रात आपल्या मुलांचा अर्ज भरून घ्यावा.
मात्र अजूनही कित्येक मुले व मुली शिक्षणापासून वंचित आहेत. शिक्षणाची आवड असुनुही donation सारख्या system मुळे तरुण पिढीचा कौल चोरी, दरोडा , तस्करी, भिक मागणे, निरक्षरता याकडे वाढत चालला आहे. या साऱ्या वाईट प्रवृत्तीला आळा घालण्यासाठी आणि देशाच्या Secure  Future साठी “शिक्षणाचा समान अधिकार” हा एकमेव उपाय असल्याचे स्पस्थ झाले आहे. यासाठीच आपण सर्वांनी हि अत्यंत महत्वाची माहिती प्रत्येक गरजू लोकापर्यंत पोहोचवावी, अशी आशा आहे.

मोफत शिक्षणाचा अधिकार (Right to education act कलम 21) नुसार आपल्या पैकी कुणालाहि आपल्या बालकाचे चांगल्या शाळेत admission करायचे असेल तर डिसेंबर ते मार्च महिन्यात rte25admission.maharashtra.gov.in या site वर admission form भरु शकता. आणि आपल्या जवळच्या योग्य शाळेत आपल्या मुलांना मोफत शिक्षणाचा अधिकार मिळवून देऊ शकता.

प्रवेश अर्ज सादर करतेवेळी लागणारी आवश्यक कागदपत्रे :-

1)रहिवाशी पुरावा आधार कार्ड/पास पोर्ट/निवडणूक ओलखपत्र/घरपट्टी/वाहन परवाना यापैकी एक
2) जातीचे प्रमाणपत्र
3)कुटुंबाचा उत्पन्नाचा दाखला(अनुसूचित जाती ,जमाती, नवबौद्ध,४०% अपंग,यांना उत्पन्नाची अट नाही.
4)जन्माचा दाखला
5)अपंग असल्यास त्याचे प्रमाणपत्र
6)बालकाचे छायाचित्र

अट :-

1)  CBSE / State school मध्ये प्रवेशाकरिता online अर्ज स्वीकारण्याचा कालावधी डिसेंबर २०१५ ते मार्च २०१६.
2) अनुसूचित जाती आणि जमाती, ४०% अपंगत्व, यांना उत्पनाची अट नाही.
3) आर्थिक दृष्ट्या दुर्बल घटकांना उत्पन्नाची अट  १,००,०००/-रु आहे.

Please note  :-

कदाचित तुम्ही सध्या ज्या शाळेत तुमच्या बालकांना admission करून दिले आहे. ती सुद्धा RTE अंतर्गत असु शकते,परंतु तुम्ही तिथे मोठ मोठी फ़ीस भरत असाल, म्हणुन एकदा वरच्या website ला नक्की भेट दया..

आपल्या विभागातील प्रत्येक मुलापर्यंत हि योजना पोहोचवावी, हि विनंती.

कारण आपल्या पैकीही ९०% लोकांना या अधिकाराची काहीही माहिती नाही. म्हणून तुम्ही या योजनेच्या प्रचार प्रसाराकरिता हातभार लावावा ही नम्र विनंती.

RTE फोर्म भरणे, आता झाले आहे अगदी सोपे. फोर्म भरताना सर्व माहिती आपोआप मिळत जाते आणि म्हणजे तुमच्या पाल्याचा सबंधित शाळेत नंबर लागला असल्यास तुम्हाला तिथे भांडण करण्याची किंवा काहीही खटाटोप करण्याची गरज नाही.

तुमचा फोर्म हाच तुमचा ठोस पुरावा असेल. त्यामुळे शाळेतील कर्मचार्यांनी काही कीटकीट केलीच कि आपण शाळेची तक्रार शिक्षण अधिकाऱ्याकडे करून शाळेची ग्रंत सुद्धा कडून घेऊ शकतो.

सुचना:- अल्प संख्यांक शाळा सदर उपक्रमात सामिल राहणार नाहीत,सदर योजना ही केवळ 1ली ते 8 वीच्या वर्गांकरिता आहे.( फक्त 6 ते 14 वयोगटासाठी).

Do you Know What was”Watergate scandal”?

If you ever had heard the term “scandal”, you may know that it’s a misuse of position and power of authorities for their self-benefit. In these terms, Political Corruption happen when government employee using power and rights for personal gain. Ex. Watergate scandal.

The “Watergate scandal” (1972 – 1974), was an American political scandal & constitutional crisis that led to the resignation of President Richard Nixon.

The term Watergate refers to the Watergate hotel in Washington, DC. The hotel was the location of the democratic national headquarters in 1972.

A Security Guard caught a handful of burglars breaking into the Democratic Party headquarters. Some of the burglars had ties to the people in the Nixon administration & President Nixon try to minimize the damage of his administration. The resulting cover-up becomes known as “Watergate”.

The scandal came in the political context of ongoing Vietnam War, which had since Lyndon Johnson’s presidency grown increasing unpopular with the American public.

The term Watergate refers to a series of events, spanning over 2- years, which began with Nixon administration’s abuse of power towards the goal of undermining political opposition in the public anti-war movement and the Democratic Party.

Ultimately, the congressional investigation uncovered numerous unethical and illegal activities by people very close to the president.

Through Nixon had endured 2 years of mounting political embarrassment, the court – ordered release at least ‘smoking-fun rape’ in august 1974 brought with it the prospect of certain impeachment for Nixon and he resigned only 4 days later, 9 august, 1974. The scandal also resulted in the impeachment of 69 people, with judgments or appeals resulting in 48 being found guilty and imprisoned, many of whom were Nixon’s top administration officials

But in today’s era, any public scandal, real or exaggerated, can be identified as much simply by attaining the suffix- gate to the word which is the synonymous of Watergate. .

President R.N. staff broke in to the Watergate hotel and stole information from the democrats. For this Nixon would have been accused, and then Nixon resigned.

The reason behind telling this story is India also suffering from so many scams. But there are no action taking by any CBI & others.

Bachelors of Mass Media is a very interesting subjects which usually covers the functions of different forms of media, culture, economics, history, civics, social science, politics, quotes of common people and media’s effect on each person (Ex. Agenda-Setting Settings). This program helps individuals to analyze information and you can criticize as per your point of view. Also this will helps to enhance individuals skill.

पात्रता : –
